- The Legal Powerlist 2022 is organised by Forbes India in association with Legitquest.
- These terms and conditions govern your use of www.legalpowerlists.com – Forbes India present Legal Powerlist 2022 in association with Legitquest.
- By entering www.legalpowerlists.com, all category entrants have agreed to allow the details of their entry to be shared with the jury and Organisers. With the exception of personally identifiable information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you send or post to this Website shall be considered not confidential and non-proprietary. Unless you advise to the contrary we will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate, and otherwise use such material for any and all purposes.
- You will be able to access the majority of this Website without having to register any details with us. However, particular areas of this Website will only be accessible if you have registered and have the right permissions to access those specific areas.
- You are permitted to use our Website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without the consent of the Organisers. Material on this Website must not be republished online or offline without our permission. The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by the Organisers of this Event or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.

- Last date for receiving completed nomination forms, along with supporting documents is 15 January at 11:00 PM IST. Entries received after the submission deadline will not be accepted.
- The nomination form once submitted will be considered final and best to the knowledge of the Nominee. If at any time during the Event or post the Event, any information provided by any Nominee is found to be incorrect in any manner, then the Nominee will be disqualified from the Event. In the case that an entry is disqualified, the entry fee will be non-refundable.
- Nominee may be contacted for any additional information to verify the information provided. Such information sourced from the Nominee will become part of the original nomination.

All category entries must be submitted in English and submitted electronically with supporting documents (if applicable) using the ‘Registration Form’. Any entry received by any other means including via email, fax, post or hand delivered will not be accepted.
Entry fees (for each individual category submission) must be paid via credit/debit card/UPI/Net banking/Paytm or any other online means at the time of submission. If the payment is not completed, then the entry shall not be accepted.
- This Event is judged by a panel of independent jury without any interference or influence of anyone.
- The jury and the organisers reserve the right at its absolute discretion to reject any entry without explanation or notice. In the case that an entry is rejected by the jury or the organisers, the entry fee will be non-refundable (unless the Jury or the organisers in its absolute discretion decides otherwise).
- Nominee in the Top 50 Law Firms and Top 100 Lawyers categories can apply to a total of 5 practice areas (1+4) listed on the website with an additional cost in each practice area. If a Nominee has made it to the list of the final selection for felicitation in one practice area, then their name may or may not be considered in any other practice area. For example: Firm XYZ applies in the category of Top 50 Law Firms in Practice Areas: Insolvency, Litigation, Arbitration, E-commerce and Banking laws and is selected in any one Practice area as among the Top 50, then it will not be considered for the same in any other practice area. The next highest point scorer in the other practice area will get the chance to come up in the list.
- The jury’s decision will be final, and no explanation, correspondence or discussion will be offered or entered into before or following the jury’s decision. Additionally, feedback will not be given on any successful or unsuccessful entry before or following the jury’s decision.
- The Website www.legalpowerlists.com is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
